Photography and Filming Notice

By entering the Golden Square Shopping Centre, including the Old Market Square, during any event or activity (whether ticketed, un-ticketed, community-based, or otherwise), you acknowledge and agree that photography, videography, and other forms of recording may be taking place.

These recordings may capture your image, likeness, and/or voice. By your presence, you grant Golden Square Shopping Centre, its event partners, and authorised third parties the irrevocable right to use these recordings in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional, marketing, advertising, and archival uses, without further compensation or notification.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please speak to a member of Golden Square Staff or the Golden Square Management team upon arrival. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee your exclusion from all recordings, especially in crowded areas.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
