37.5 hours per week to meet the needs of the business

service solutions to a wide array of prestigious clients nationwide. As a dynamic, family-owned organisation we
are looking for a candidate as excited as we are to help forge Andron’s future.
Due to our continued growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced Support Services Coordinator to
support The Support Services function of the Golden Square Shopping Centre contract and to deliver an
unrivalled quality of service to our client.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day support of Support Services provision of Golden
Square Shopping Centre, including a dotted line report into the Soft Services Manager. Ensure full a high
standard is maintained with all contractual KPI’s met.

 

? Provision of Reception service in a busy shopping centre environment (position based within
Management Office).
? Provide management information relating to reception and all associated tasks.
? Provide ongoing administration support to all on site managers and Client.
? Answer and screen all incoming telephone calls and directing to correct line.
? Co-ordination of all meetings and annotate minutes when required.
? Collate information and undertake all aspects of the production of reports when requested.
? Create memos at the request of the Support and Soft Services Managers.
? Creating and cascading weekly newsletters.
? Oversee all uniform requests and orders.
? Co-ordinate all aspects of on-site training using the monthly matrix to plan ahead and book training by
liaising with the on-site trainers.
? Log any training undertaken on the electronic system and file any hard copies.
? Monitor the Actimo on line training provision and create a monthly RAG report to cascade to Managers.
? Co-ordinate all aspects of recruitment including advertising required roles via our various platforms,
booking interviews and processing/ filing new starter documentation.
? Oversee the bookings of annual leave and approvals via the AIMS payroll System.
? Complete weekly absence tracker reporting and cascade to relevant Dept. Managers.
? Provision of service in accordance with Contract and site procedures.
? Provision of service in accordance with H&S Procedures.
? Undertake any other reasonable duty as directed by the appropriate line manager.
? Be aware of the business continuity plan for the part of the business you work in.
? Always know your responsibilities in the event of a fire evacuation.
