As Assistant Manager of our Warrington store our ideal candidate will:
- be a successful Assistant Manager or Supervisor looking for their next challenge
- be sales focused and commercial with good retailing skills
- have a firm understanding of KPIs and how to drive them
- demonstrate effective planning and time management
- know your market customer type
- understand the key trends and identify customers’ needs, driving customer loyalty
- recruit the best people to deliver sales and service and convert sales
- manage performance effectively to ensure we train and develop the best people
Hours: 38 hours 5 days per week competitive rate of pay & monthly bonus scheme
