St Rocco’s is now open on Sundays, and we’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic people to join our shop team! As a Sunday shop volunteer, you’ll be a vital part of our community, helping us raise essential funds while providing a warm and welcoming experience for our customers.
What You’ll Do
Your support is crucial to the day-to-day running of our shop. Here’s a glimpse of the varied tasks you could be involved in:
- Customer Service: You’ll be the face of St Rocco’s, greeting customers, assisting with their questions, and handling sales transactions at the till (full training provided).
- Shop Floor Support: Help us keep the shop looking its best! You’ll organise and restock displays, keep the floor tidy, and assist with pricing donated items.
- Behind the Scenes: In the backroom, you’ll help sort, prepare, and tag donations, ensuring everything is ready for the shop floor.
