Warrington Music Festival returns to Old Market Square

Warrington-Music-Festival-2026

Warrington Music Festival returns to Old Market Square this summer for another huge celebration of live music, local talent and big atmosphere in the heart of Warrington.

Taking place on Saturday 6th June from 12pm to 11pm, this free, unticketed open-air event will once again shine a spotlight on the incredible grassroots artists helping shape the sound of the region.

Headlining this year’s line-up is electro funk collective Winachi, joined by The Ambersons, Freight, Olivia Booth, Punch In, Billy Howard, The Bemonts, RiTch, Containers, Isla Rico, Luna Drift, The Hillocks, Red Jaspers, The Locks, Frayed Connection, Bucaria, Red Light Racers, Kim Jennett and The Brindley Rats.

Warrington Music Festival has long been one of the highlights of the town’s cultural calendar, giving emerging artists a platform to perform in front of a home crowd while bringing the community together for a full day of brilliant live music.

Set against the backdrop of Golden Square’s Old Market Square, the festival is free to attend and open to all, making it the perfect excuse to soak up the atmosphere, discover some new favourites and support the next wave of Warrington talent.

With more announcements still to come, this year’s event is set to be another standout moment in the summer line-up.
